...And avoid the common mistakes
made by many marathoners.
Written by an experienced
marathoner who has learned the hard way, this
informative report shows
you how to run the best marathon you can. Lots of practical 'how-to'
knowledge for:
The marathon
race strategies report was inspired by a recent '26.2'
survey of marathon finishers, that revealed over 70% of
them did not meet their time goal and had a difficult
race.
This concise
report will help you prepare for, and plan, your race.
You will benefit from the lessons learned from years of
marathon running.

Mike's Training
Tip of the Week |
|
|
Take
5!
Do
you
know
that
a
complete
break
from
running
can
be
very
beneficial,
and
is
recommended
by
many
coaches?
If
you've
just
recovered
from
a
marathon
and
are
running
shorter
distances,
then
this
could
be a
good
time
for
you
to
rest
up.
Try
a
two
or
three
week
break.
I
personally
don't
recommend
going
much
longer
than
four
weeks.
You
can
do
some
light
cross
training
like
cycling
or
swimming,
or
even
just
walking,
during
your
rest
period.
Try
it -
you'll
come
back
stronger...
